ECOsurfaces Generously Outfits charity:water’s New Headquarters

For ECOsurfaces, environmentally conscious practices are old hat—simply a way of life and business. Socially conscious contributions and practices are at the heart of the recycled flooring manufacturer’s mission, as well. ECOsurfaces recently had the opportunity to serve a global cause by outfitting the New York headquarters of charity:water.

The non-profit organization, which provides clean drinking water to more than 1 million people in 16 countries across the globe by building clean water wells and developing sanitation projects, outgrew their former Manhattan office and put down roots in a new location. ECOsurfaces stepped in to assist the organization by donating 2,500 square feet of their ECOstone River Rock flooring for charity:water’s new digs.

“No one should ever have to worry about being thirsty,” says Kate Lowry, ECOsurfaces product manager. “This is why ECOsurfaces is proud to support charity: water, so they may continue to provide communities the essential help they need in obtaining fresh drinking water.”
