Galbraith & Paul

The lovely designs that Galbraith & Paul creates and hand-block prints onto fabric are now translated for the wall. It seems like a natural progression, but the Philadelphia studio only today launched its new wallpapers, based on both existing and completely new designs by co-owner Liz Galbraith.

For the premiere collection, the studio is introducing seven patterns, two of which are new (Primitive Flower and Diamond).  There’s something for everyone: delicate flora and fauna, mod geometry, and foreign and cultural flair. An example of the latter, the gorgeous Moorish-inspired Seville Tile and Small Star fabrics, which we featured last year in the magazine, are among the familiar patterns that have made the cut for the wallpaper launch. Each pattern is available in a range of six to 11 color palettes, from subtle neutrals to bold hues. But, like with most textile offerings from the company, custom colors are also available.

All of the collection is printed to order in custom panel sizes on Class A Fire-Rated paper.

Will be sure to check it out. Looks sophisticated and nostalgic.
